Questions about booking
How do I know the price?
Partners set their own prices, so each service shows a price range before you book. Once a partner accepts, you see that partner's price, and you can still cancel for free before the work starts.
How do I pay?
You pay your partner directly for the job. EASEVA takes no commission from the job price.
What is the start code?
When your partner arrives, you share a short code from the app. The partner enters it to start the job, so the work begins only when you say so.
Do I need an account?
You sign in with your Asemita account: your mobile number and the code we text you. It is the same account you use for other Asemita apps.
