Common questions
Something went wrong with a booking. What do I do?
Open the booking in the app and choose Help. Your request stays with the booking, and you can follow it there. Partners can do the same from the job.
How do I sign in?
With your Asemita account: enter your mobile number and the code we text you. It is the same account for EASEVA, EASEVA Partner and other Asemita apps.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, for free, any time before the work starts. Open the booking and choose Cancel.
How do I delete my account or my data?
From your Asemita account, under Data. You can see what each app keeps about you there before you delete it.
